Default Section Head Linked to Section Extents

I know it's nice to have the flexibility to move these independently, but does anyone know how to link them, as most of my work on a project is pre-CD and it's more usefule for me to have them linked while I'm doing the SDs & DDs.

Thanks, BeeGee. Think I'll throw into the Wishlist File. BTW, great job you moderators are doing. Can't repay you guys for your effort (so don't bill me!!! ha ha).
