    Default Content Center

Has anyone had a problem loading the content center? We are getting an error that the content center is not accessible. It's as if we need to map it somehow, but can't figure out how to do that. Thanks

    Victor,

Did you install it using the Complete option in Inventor, or did you install it as part of the data management server?

My Content Center did exactly the same thing when I tried to install it as part of the Data Management server. I ended up uninstalling everything (Including the SQL Server part of Inventor Content) and reinstalling, using the Complete Option during install.

This got everything going on my box.

    I hope this helps.

Received this from my VAR today.
We would like to notify you of a potential issue with the installation process of Inventor 10. If you have not yet installed Inventor 10 please read on.

With the introduction of the new Content Centre in AIS-10 Autodesk have incorporated a SQL data component. This involves the installation of the Microsoft MSDE application. This application MUST be installed under the ADMINISTRATOR log-in.

To successfully install AIS-10 it must be installed under the local Administrator profile. We have had isolated cases where the MSDE has not installed correctly under the local user with admin rights. In these cases the Inventor works fine but the Content Centre is empty.
