"cannot open view closing window"

I have a newly created project in REVIT 8 created yesterday and when I open it I get the following message "cannot open view closing window" after which it gives me a list of other views i can open, some of which open and some of which give me the same message, ultimately Revit crashes, I hope thi sis not what I have to look forward to with release 8
HELP!

You'll need to disable the Open GL graphics settings. I had this problem with a brand new PC the other day and that fixed it.
