Importing UCSs from other drawings

I used to use a free program from Tony Tanzillo that would import UCSs from other drawings, but it doesn't seem to work anymore (I'm using AutoCAD 2000i on a WinXP Pro machine). Does anyone know of another program that will do the same thing?
