Linear dimension to radial dimension centerpoint

If you dimension an arc on a plan or site plan, it will show a cross-hair of sorts where the centerpoint is. That's great, but how do you dimension where the centerpoint is? As it is now, I have to place a small line or 2 lines to dimension to it. I think it would be nice to be able to dimension to the centerpoint of a radial dimension.
