Very nice.
I think the RPC people supplied with Revit need their elevation set to -50mm (-2") so their feet touch the ground and avoid the whole 'David Blain' levitating trick!
Keep up the good work
Roy
He's a street magician famous for elaborate stunts, most recently in London, spending 40 days and nights in a glass box suspended in the air from a crane, with no food. Bit of a silly bugger if you ask me! http://www.davidblaine.com/
Anyway, nice work. I'm getting into doing some elaborate staircases at the moment and am working on something similar to the one you have modelled. I find staircases quite challenging to get right in Revit. How did you find it?
Max.
hi max.. now i remember the 'bugger' , he's been on tv here also.
i've had some difficulties. One thread on AUGI helped me a lot.
i had to add a custom profile to the stairway ,
and that was possible using the RAMPtool trick somewere on this forum.
And one other thing was the many different types of railing i had to make.
Ill be posting a different view soon, probably some things can be improved.
thanks again for the replies
