Default Sweeps (Edit a Roof made with a sweep)

I have a condition I am designing where I have a gable roof that follows an "S" shape ridge. The ridge is at a constant height as well as the top plates. I used the solid sweep approach from the Massing tool to create the roof. I created a profile that I used to sweep along the path of the ridge line. My question is: how do I modify that new mass I created? I need to trim it to the other roof and wall areas it intersects. What would be the approach to take?

Sounds like you need to create an In-Place Family assigned to the Roof category, Creating voids to cut away the portions of roof that you don't want or need to modify.
