DWF Composer - Create layouts based on blocks

Has anyone experience with DWF composer? If so could you let me know if the software would allow users to make layouts based on blocks?

An example would be if the architect would be able to remove an existing workstation layout in a office layout and then implement a revision, using blocks of workstations etc. This then being able to be passed on to the drafting crew.

Any comments appreciated.
