    Exclamation Load custom hatch pattern

I create custom hatch pattern and copy it and paste it into acad.pat. But it is not a good way because when acad.pat is nearly about 1.00Mb it is slow down to acess hatch dialog box. I place custom hatch file into my document folder, it can see under hatch dialog box's custom pattern tab. But when I press this file, error message appears. Can anyone help me the right way to place my custom hatch pattern?
    Thank a lot,
    amk

When creating a custom hatch pattern the file name must be the same name as the pattern. So if the patterns name is MyHatch the hatch file's name must be MyHatch.pat. The other thing is that only one pattern can be in a hatch file.

The BIGGEST issue I've ever run into is the formating of the code in notepad.
Open the PAT file without wordwrap, check and see where the end of the file is. If the end of the file is the end of the last line of the code, that is more than likely the issue.

Go to the end of the last line, fit ENTER, save the file, and all is cake.
