proxy objects and AECbBldSrv

I been using ADT3.3 for years, and all of a sudden a drawing starts telling me I have 98 proxy objects and that the program AECbBldSrv is not loaded. This warning show up when the file is being loaded. What is AECbBldSrv and why did it not load? How can I reload this program.

Try inserting your install disk & running a repair on 3.3.

I did do the repair but sill receive the 98 proxy objects warning. I did note that if i load the drawing using the TODAY function there is no problem. Why is the TODAY function loading a program and will effect me?
