Default How to get a print out of a CTB file without add on programs

When your in ACAD open the CTB file editor (under the plot dialog).

    Switch to Table view.

Stretch the window as wide as it will go.

Shrink the columns as much as you think necessary.

    Do a CRTL+ALT+PRINTSCRN.

Escape out of the plot dialog and paste the screen capture into ACAD

    Plot/print the screen capture.

This works well most of the time because few firms use more than the first 10-15 colours in there pen settings, so you should be able to get them all in 1 capture.
