Changing Xref Overlays to Attachments

Is it possible to change overlays to attachments with a script or lisp routine? I have over a 100 drawings that I need to do this to and I don't want to open everyone, open the XREF dialogue box and double-click overlay to attachment them save the file.

Did you ever figure this out? I found this discussion: http://discussion.autodesk.com/forum...hreadID=427269 and I was able use x2a.lsp, so I'm running off to try it with script-pro to apply it to many dwgs at once.
