SHEET ISSUES!!

I am suspecting that in a few minutes my engineer will want to increase the drawing we are doing to 1/4". At a 1/4" the drawing will not fit on the ARCH D sheet.(can't change the seet). I have read about match lines and I am not to excited to get into that. Even at that point I will not be able to fit the drawing nicely on the page. I will however be able to do so if I were to rotate the entire drawing 90degrees. I think this will best fit my situation however I don't know how to go about it.I know this should be simple I just don't want to run into any major problems

Turn on the crop region and rotate the CR 90 degrees
