I have a HP Laserjet 1200c and a HP Deskjet 3650. I have the setting to spool in the computer and not directly to printer.
No matter what type of configuration I choose the error doesn't go away with either printer.
Is it possible some printers don't work with revit

When I'm presented with this message it is related to a sheet size that isn't possible with the current printer/plotter. Just picking the appropriate size fixes it...

    Steve

Under Print setup in revit the paper size areas are shaded meaning I cant change them.

    Any suggestions?

Is it possible the Project Browser was active when you chose to print? If it is/was, you get a different print dialog...anyway, glad you're working again.

    mjml,

Most likely default project template that you use was created with a printer that had paper sizes incompatible with your printer. You may want to delete this printer setting and make a new one (it should automatically use paper sizes available for your printer). It is also advisable to modify new project template, so the problem will not be repeated for new projects.
