I wish I could place a VBA function in text. They work in parameters why not next. I've got information in a DB and it would be easy to open that DB using VBA and retrieve the data needed and place the returned data in the place of the function.

Interesting idea. I like it. Kind of like AutoCAD's fields only on steroids.
