I would love to see a tool that did quick bold outlining of the extents of interior elevations. I can imagine it being somewhat similar to the “pick wall” option of the floor tool, where one could quickly pick walls and ceilings to form the boundaries of an interior elevation. Everything outside of this boundary would of course disappear. Even better, since Revit is supposedly room aware, Revit should automatically generate these interior elevation boundaries. In instances where Revit didn't get it quite right, there would of course be an option to adjust and tweak the automatic boundary.
Right now, for rooms with vaulted ceilings and such, I have to draw complex white filled regions to get my interior elevations to read correctly. A pain!
