When I type something it takes several seconds for the text to appear in the command line. Does anyone know how to fix this lag?

I'm using MAP not plain autocad, but, thought it might be worth asking if you'd applied any available service packs? as it's been a while since I'd noticed any lag (typically associated with the use of dynamic input). which brings the question are you currently using dynamic input?Originally Posted by killerrig2

I am guessing the service pack fixes the error. I have not seen the error for awhile and since reinstalling AutoCad on a new pc I have been getting the errors again.
I am heading straight for the service pack.

I am still waiting on IT for the patch............I have no administrator rights........grrrrrr. snarl grrrrr. And to think I am a computer guru!
