Default Room Bounding check box when drawing walls

I would love the room bounding check box to appear on the options bar when you use the wall command. I find myself spending a lot of time having to draw walls, then come back and select them and edit their properties.

I think there should also be a disallow join checkbox as well.

    Scott,

Have you ever tried using the view property that only joins similar walls? I am seeing more and more that I may need to try this.
