Insert Excel into AutoCAD
I've come to the end of my rope. I remember a year or so ago seeing a presentation on Acad 2005 and seeing a method that lets you insert an excel spreadsheet into cad such that it updates whenever the original .xls file updates. Have I lost my mind, or was this actually possible in some form? Can anyone give a tad bit of advice on how to accomplish this pretty please with sugar on top?

Back then, it must have been a 3rd party tool.
Today, it's built into AutoCAD.
