Me too. My setting out takes place in ACAD, and then my modelling is done in MAX / VIZ. With a presentation, I can be asked to produce several options for the client, and by ensuring that the model is accurate in the right places, means having a model that can be changed / updated quicker and easier. Real world co-ordinates are equally important in this respect, where inserting DWG files come into play. 0,0,0 is the same in both applications.
