Position Pull Down Menus - Partial CUI

I have added some additional pull down menus from a partial CUI file and incorporated them into the Main CUI. I tried to position them so the they would appear before (to the left of ) the Window and Help pull downs. They appear to be in the position I want but when you get out of the customization menu the end up to the right of the Window and Help pull downs. Is there a way to position them where you want them?

Are you positioning them in the Menus area or in the Workspaces area?

You need to use a workspace to control visibilty and position of interface elements.
