Dimensioning and intersection or aparent intersection a no go.

Good morning,

We have Finlay upgraded to Autocad 2006LT after using 98LT for some years.
In 98LT I was able to dimension with my OSnaps set to intersection. I even made a button to set the OSnap to intersection only on the fly. Now with the 2006LT I am no longer able to set my OSnaps to either intersection, or apparent intersection and go about my dimensioning. I do not have "Associative dimensioning" turned on. It works if for every point I want to OSnap to I bring up the snap options (shift + Right Click), and click on either intersection or apparent intersection. But that is a lot of extra clicking.
What do I have set wrong? Or what am I doing wrong?

Am I the only one having this problem??
There are 5 of us here having the same issue.
Could this be a Video card problem?

Intersection Snap has stopped working.

I am using AutoCAD 2005LT. Suddenly "Intersection" Object Snap want work either by selecting it in the Snap Toolbar or as a running Object Snap.

How can I restore it
