    Default Selection window/crossing window parallel to UCS

    Summary: Selection/crossing window parallel to current UCS

    Description: The rectangle of a window or crossing should be parallel to the UCS.

    How Used: It's possible to select a rotated rectangle.

    I'm currently only using this with a modified stretch command.
