System variariable for "invert filter" and "apply to layers toolbar" checkboxes

Summary: A system variable to turn on and off the invert filter checkbox and the apply to layers toolbar checkbox in the layer manager.

Description: I wish for a controllable system variable for the invert filter selection box and the apply to layers toolbar selection box in the layer manager.

How Used: I would write a macro/LISP/something that I could just switch it on/off everytime I forget to turn it on when I close the layer manager.
