Tool Palette sharing

I can manage to create a new tool palette.
I can't figure out how to share the palette with the rest of the office, (networked).
The file extension AutoCAD says it's on, .xtp, I can't find either?
Is there a simple way to find this new tool palette file and share it with the office?

Peter,
Try right clicking on the tool pallette properties, select customize, when the customize window launches, select the tool pallette, right click and select export then save it to your network location, then on each users machince go an import that pallette, that should work.

I've gotten it to work, maybe my description is off. I've attached a few screen grabs to illustrate what I did. Here's hoping a picture is worth 1000 words.

Ahh! also all of the items on that pallette should be in a network location.
