Default Option to scale or not scale text according to viewport

Summary: The ability to scale or not scale text according to the viewport scale.

Description: To scale text globally to the veiwport scale.
ie: I use text at paperspace sizes from 2.5mm standard to 7mm.
General text is at 2.5mm, so when i draw in model space and the sheet scale is 1:50 the text in model space is to be drawn at 125mm height. When the scale is to be 1:100 the text in model space is to be drawn at 250 to get the same paperspace size of 2.5mm.
We need a variable to be able to switch on & off the option to scale text according to the viewport.
This way when required for the right application and job situation you can set the text to scale with the viewport.

How Used: When i am drawing workshop drawing of Air Conditioning as i do, i switch the variable on.
From here i draw all my text to the size i wish.
Now if i draw at 1:50 and the project manager or the client wants the scale changed the text changes accordingly and all i do is simply rescale the viewport.

    Feature Affinity: MText
