    Is there a FIND and REPLACE feature for text in Revit?

    No.

    Did you try doing a Revit forum search? There are several threads on this including two(!) polls in the Revit Wish List forum.

    I'm pretty sure i remember Danny Polkinhorn mentioning it could be done using the API but it would take some work.

    It would be nice if it were a standard option out of the box though. We have had several requests for that function here.
