Set-up an AutoCAD Profile for part-time users

I have several users that are part time
these people are working at night and sometimes during the day

they just find a machine and sit down and go to work

is there a way to setup a profile that they could load off the lan
which would contain all the information on how they would
like there autocad session to look like

right now they are just using whatever the machine/user has setup...

they are really roaming users... nomads as i call them...

any suggestions would be appreciated

You can set it up off of an icon, or they can always load profile from the network off of the options\profile menu.

what i ended up doing was exactly as you had mentioned

I created the profile saved it to the lan and he will load it each time he starts autocad
