Default Second Office - outfit a new office with CAD/IT systems.

I'm the CAD manager for a medium sized architectural firm. I've been tasked with creating a plan that outlines what it might take to outfit a new office with CAD/IT systems. I'm looking for a good resource offering suggestions best practice and criteria to do this right.

    Any help is appreciated.

Brings up lots of questions, mostly associated with money and existing offices?
    Connectivity
    Phones
    Servers
    Workstations
    Printer
    Plotter
    Fax

Is it going to be a large office, small, merged?

Do you already have several other offices?
Do they have the same kinds of equipment?
Standardizing parts and pieces helps make support easy...
