Default convert all text to mtext

Is there some way to convert all text in a drawing to mtext? The Express tool does do this, but unfortunately it converts all text into one single mtext object. I'm looking for a way to convert all individual text objects into separate individual mtext objects.

Not without a 3rd party tool AFAIK.

ToolPac includes a function to do this.

just curious, but what's the advantage to having all converted to mtext? (yes, i love it and can't live without it)
Sometimes, i get lost in my own thoughts and need to ask directions to find my way back.

~shrug~ personally I've got a mix here. Most things were done in text (although most things I create us mtxt these days) and working with updating/using older files, I've pretty much left them 'as is', but, for the odd occasion where I use txt2mtxt.

Besides, Isn't it heavier to redraw/regen a bunch of Mtexts than a bunch of Texts?
