There is no "scale" field for Drawing List when create a schedule. Is it in the wishlist?

A drawing list is a list of sheet views. I don't think that the sheet views themselves have scales (even though there is a scale parameter box). This box is there just to depict the scale of a view placed on it. If multiple views with differing scales are placed on a sheet then the scale parameter reads "As Indicated". However, your comment is valid. If the parameter is there, it should be able to be scheduled. I'm sure the factory can explain this one better than me!
