Mouse wheel instead scrolls my screen up and down, instead of Zooming

Hello,

For some reason I cant seem to figure out how to chage my mouse setting to activate the zoom on my mouse wheel instead it just scrolls my screen up and down. I have fixed this problem before but now cant find the option in Acad or in the mouse options on my control panel, any help please, Thank you.
