    Default Workspaces crash problems

I want to first thank RobertB and Steve Johnson for the good dialog regarding "Notes on the philosophy of CUI", I believe I am coming around to the new CUI world.

However I have implemented the partical menu load of ACAD.cui and Express.cui in the Enterprise customization file detailed by Robert. When in the user mode I tried adding a workspace to the main(custom.cui) file and received a "Failed to load resources file. Please check your setup" error message and AutoCAD proceeded to shutdown.

I have attached three screen shots showing the CUI setup in 'user' mode, the file setup in 'user' mode, and the Error dialog box I am receiving.

If anyone can tell me why I am not able to save a workspace while in 'user' mode I would appreciate it.

    Default Re: Workspaces crash problems

I wanted post that I have found the solution to the problem on Autodesk's discussions boards so there is not need for anyone to reply.

The solution is as noted by andywatson:

"Re: Workspace Saveas--Failed to load resources from resource file
This error only occurs when the user has not yet defined any personal workspaces in his/her Main CUI (custom.cui). After creating a new workspace in the Main CUI by right-clicking the Workspaces node and selecting "New", or by dragging an existing workspace from the enterprise Workspace node to the Main's, selecting "SaveAs..." from the drop-down list in the Workspaces toolbar works as advertised. "
