    Default Re-engineering processes

As we are trying to re-engineer our processes in all of our departments (we are an A/E engineering consulting firm working mainly in Buildings and infrastructure) by introducing the available new technologies, we are trying to find out what are the other adopted processes by similar types of firms. Any input is welcomed

What type of processes are you intersted in specifically? Workflow? Project Management? What software are you currently using, and what are you evaluating for possible future use?
As you know, this is a very wide-reaching topic, so specific items of concern might bring out better responses. I'm sure you'll get some good feedback, there are a lot of talented people on these boards.

    Default Re: Re-engineering processes

We use AutoCAD for our building services (considering ADT,Revit structure and ABS) and using LDT+civil design (considering Civil3D and ArcMap) for infrastructure. We are interested to see what others use in this respect.
