( Free ) Infrastructure Solutions Webcast DVD from Autodesk

My drive won't read it at all. Keeps asking me to put a disk in the drive.
Whats up with that?

I actually had a guy on the phone a few years ago, trying to install a program off a CD. He said nothing happened when he put the CD in. I figured the "autorun" had been turned off on his PC, or something similar.... About 30 minutes later, through a process of elimination, I figured out he had been putting the CD in the drive upside down. (This was a commercial CD with a labeled top - not a blank where both sides are silver)

I guess I should have had him flip the entire PC case upside down and try again.

If I put it in wrong side up, so did my co-worker.........I could believe that , but me....... never.
I have done that before, just not a work.

This is almost as bad as the which side is up on the disk comment.
Seems I don't have A DVD player. It helps if you have a DVD player if you want to play a DVD.
Ask and ye shall receive, I've got the installation in the works.
I guess that means my whole system needs a tune up too.
