Prompt for Rotation in Tool Palettes

Summary: The ability to set "prompt for rotation" to yes for all drawings in a tool palette

Description: I would like to have a "prompt for rotation" setting for "yes to all".

How Used: I would like to be able to set all my blocks with the "prompt for rotation" set to yes in one step.

If you hold down the control key it will let you select multiple tools and you can change the properties all at once.
