Point of rotation

Summary: For AutoCAD to use the first pick as the point for rotation when reference option of rotation is chosen.

Description: I would like AutoCAD to automatically use the chosen point of rotation as the first pick when thr reference option of rotation is chosen (both for 2D & 3D)

How Used: This would make rotating complex assemblies much easier, it would save a pick and is more intuitive.

A good wish but I think it should be altered slightly.
Although the first point picked is often the point of rotation (base point), it is not always so.
The point of rotation should default to the first point picked so that [enter] at the "base point" prompt would supply the picked point as the base point.
