Angry Object Data Tables Read-Only database.

I have a drawing with several object data tables, when I go to the Map pull down, tools, convert object data to database links. In the target Link Template, Data Source: " jet_dbsamples" is the only selection available. Then in Table Name: I select my table and go through the remainder of the dialog box. When I select proceed i get a warning that conversion failed, select ok I then get a window with error info" ASI Error : 538642193 - Cannot modify the design of table 'My table Selection Name'. It is in a read only database. I have looked through my table designs, options, etc. and can not find anyplace to reset tables to read/write status or anyway to export object data tables out of my drawing file. I had even previously tried using Mapguide SDF loader to export layer with related object data table and got error that data tables were not available.

Anyone got any ideas how to get this data out of the drawing?

Any thoughts or ideas will be greatly appreciated.

Have you "Connected" to your database prior to attempting to export the data? And are the tables and feilds defined in your Database?

jet_dbsamples this data base is read only. you need to set up a new data base that is read write or configure the data sources for read/write. This is done in the dbConnect Manager.

Open dbConnect right click on the data sources select configure
or Rigth click data Sources and Select configure data sources.

Note: if the jet_dbsamples is a old data base you my not be able to set it to read / wirte. old jet data base can not be change with newer jet data base drivers.
    Note:
    update to 2011
    I am using ADT 2007 08/06/2008

PS. If you use any Code I post or Down Load Attachment I would like to know if it was helpful. So please post reply to this thread, on how you use the code or down load. Thank You
