catalog editor not working

When I select "catalog" editor" from my 'MEP_Common' menu, I get:

_LaunchCatalogEditor Unknown command "LAUNCHCATALOGEDITOR".

Can anyone tell me what file I can manually load to start the catalog editor? I need to revise a block from the standard catalog. Or is there a better way to do this?

That should work. Try a registry repair from the Add/Remove Programs control panel item.

Double click the appropriate .apc file and it should automatically launch the editor.

If it's simply the pulldown not working and this works, then you should tell your "cad manager" to fix his CUI / Profile install.
