Is there any way to solve this problem? I have a built up facia on a Plumb cut roof. At the corner where two pieces join there is a cut. Geometriclly speaking it is impossible to build what I am looking for without using to different sized facias.

Try this.
Highlite the facia on the gable end. A blue dot (grip) will show where the gable facia joins the eve facia. Grab the blue dot & pull the end of the gable facia past the eve facia. That will stop the join & resultant cut you are getting.

That deffinitly stops the join & unwanted cut. But, still its not what I am looking for. When I stopped the join it seems as if I now need a facia that will match the height of the end cut.
Do you know what I mean?
Does this mean that there needs to be two different sized facia's that join. If so, can you join two different facia's?
Philip
Yes, if you want an even join, you'll need two different size facias, and yes, they should join.
