Default CADJet 2 won't Plot to AutoCAD LT 2006 successfully

We have AutoCAD 2002 which Cadjet 2 plots fine with straight lines & thickness with a 2002 Encad driver..
Upgrading to AutoCAD 2006 Cadjet 2 with the Encad 2004-6 driver gives us offset lines.
Has anybody struck the same problem? Is there a switch I'm missing somewhere
