Add info to ATP template

Could a footer be added to the .doc template to carry -
1. ATP course number
2. Segment number
3. Total number of pages.

If, like me, you have a pile of ATP printouts and they get disturbed, it can be time-consuming to get them back into order.

I think that sounds like a reasonable request. It would also be nice, though perhaps not as easy, to have something more than the ATP number for the name. I download all the courses and have to either rename them or go back and open a bunch to find one I'm looking for.
