Attached is a supply Box for a washing Machine. Let me know if you want or need others by this mfr.

err I'm not around from these parts... what the heck is a supply box? I've never heard that term before...

A supply box contains the water supply shut-off valves & a 2" waste line housed in either a plastic or metal recess box in to a wall
