    Ability to Rotate Red-line Objects
    How Used:
    Select red line object right click or custom rotate grip displays to allow user to rotate object.

    Hi,

    The ability to rotate shape markups has been available since Design Review 2007. Selecting a rectangle markup, for instance, displays a green handle that can be used to spin the markup.

    Does this meet your need for rotating "redline objects"?
