Default Visibility not recognizing second Attribute, I am unable to move the Attribute

I have developed a HVAC Diffuser ID Tag, hence the name of the dwg. My troubles are that visibility is not recognizing the second attribute and I am not able to move the attribute. The drawing has Wipeout within it as well. Any help would be much appreciated.

"I can see some of your frustration. I am having a hard time working in this block as well. When I go to use the block editor, my cross-hairs disappear. Thus it is difficult to modify. Anyone else having this type of problem?"

Ok, now that I have stopped being a idiot, I will take a look at the block again.

NOTE TO SELF: Remeber to check crosshair color in block editor first.

Got it. In the properties of the attribute change the lock position to yes & then add it to your move action.
