Best way to install 2007 while keeping 2006? (Yes, We're on Subscription)
Actually, I've installed multiple version of 2007 software (Beta and regular) on my laptop just within the past week and I've had no issues. Basically, install and go. Just be sure to keep all your 2006 files in the same locations (copy files if needed, don't move them) and you should be good to go.Originally Posted by thomas.stright

I did the beta also but my laptop had no other AutoCad installtions on it.
So just let 2007 install to it's default location?
Yes, unless you want it somewhere else. Just (I suppose this is obvious) not in the directory that your other version is in.
I drag the file from Windows Explorer to the appropriate desktop icon of the app I want to use.
