Dimensioning radii/diameters on 3D model in paperspace

Summary: The ability to dimension radii/diameters on 3D model in paperspace

Description: When a 3D model in paperspace, the radius and diameter dimension does not work like it does in model space, ie the software does not recognise circles or radii that are part of a model. It's great on flat lines and even tangent lines though.

How Used: I could continue to dimension radii and circles, without having to put a circle or arc on the model, for the software to pick up on.
