Extract entity information from within an xref

Using lisp, I would like to be able to scan an xref and go to a specific entity within the xref drawing to get information about that entity such as position, scale, rotation, name, etc, etc. ideally this would be done from within the original drawing containing the xref.

How do you want to specify the entity to query? By selecting it? By specfying certain properties (i.e.: all blue circles less than 1' radius)? Or do you want to scan the entire xref and get properties about all objects?
