Default Linking RS to RB models

Since RS has not yet been released in South Africa, we engineers are forced to use Revit Building for our needs.

Still, we are trying to put RB in a RS box for this purpose. One of the concerns we have is that the Copy/Monitor tool only copies grids/levels and columns from the architect's model. However, a large component of our work relates to load bearing masonry, and as a result we need to be able to copy over more than just column, ie. floor slabs and walls, stairs, slab openings, etc are all subject to changes from the architect and hence should be monitored and coordinated.

Are we missing something here, or are these addressed in RS3?

Theo, per the press releases/brochures for RB9 and RST3 the coordination monitor will monitor changes to grids, levels, columns, walls and slabs.

Thanks for the reply, you just made my day. Now the next question - when do we get RS3?
