Summary: Allow a derived part's base part to be shown in an IDW overlaid (phatomoned) on the part's view. This would allow you to show machined surfaces and other operations to the base part.

Description: Provide an option, primarily in IDW mode, to show or make visible the model that a new part is derived from.

How Used: When dealing with castings and machinings, on the machining drawing, it's often desired to show -- in phantom lines -- the outline of the casting to show where material is cut, where material is left as-cast, and to show how much material is cut. This could also work in the opposite direction of showing the machined cuts in the casting drawing to be sure there's enough material where necessary. Which method a user uses will depend on their workflow.
